 | Arrive between 7.00pm to 7.15pm for registration and a 7.30pm start |
 | The first game will start at 7.45pm |
 | The last game will end at 8.45pm |
 | All scouts, leaders and parents must be off the site by 9.00pm |
 | Prepare for it being wet, very boggy and a 'bit messy' under foot. |
 | Wear outdoor gear including boots, hat and gloves. |
 | The entry fee of £2.00 includes the site fee (£1.00 per head) and the
possibility of some
food and drink (£1.00). Leaders and any other adults pay at the same rate as the scouts. |
 | Please inform Pete of numbers of scouts and leaders so that he knows how
many to cater for during the game and for food. |
 | If any Troop would like to lend a hand with the catering then please
inform Pete. If this is not possible then I will reduce the cost and not
include food. |
 | There will be no central administration, so all names, official forms,
health details and so on need to be with the individual troops on the night. |
